Free Shipping in the Continental United States
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. For expedited shipping rates, please call toll-free 1-800-321-6221 to place your order.
Delivery time is subject to our carrier(s) delivery schedule. JTECH is not liable for packages that were not delivered by our carrier(s) whether due to mishaps, unavoidable delays or acts of God.
Any changes or corrections made to the delivery addresses after shipment will result in a $15 Correction Fee. If the correction involves the package shipping to a different state, the customer will be responsible for the Correction Fee, plus the cost of shipping.
Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for online orders.
Billing
Our products can be purchased through our secure checkout and payment system. During checkout, you can confirm the secure connection for your transaction with the green HTTPS symbol in the address bar. Your credit card will be billed upon checkout and order processing begins immediately.
We require the following information solely for the purpose of processing your order:
- Shipping Address (Name, Address, Phone Number and Email)
- The shipping address is required in order to ship your order and the Email address is used to send your receipt and tracking information.
- Billing Address (Name, Address, Phone Number and Email)
- The billing address is needed to verify the identity of the cardholder and the phone number and email address is necessary should we need to contact you to verify your order.
- Billing Information (Name on Card, Card Number, Card Type and Expiration Date)
- The billing information is required so that we may process your purchase.
For products purchased on Installment or Subscriptions - The payment method on file will be charged based on the interval selected or defined by the product. You may change your payment method by logging into your account settings at any time. If your payment is declined, we will contact you for new payment information upon payment due. No-Commitment Software subscriptions must be cancelled via email to wecare@jtech.com. Cancellations are processed starting on the next billing date. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for non-utilization of software.
Installment Agreements must be paid in full at each interval for the life of the agreement. Cancellation of the agreement requires payment in full for the balance remaining. If the payment is not made in full, your account will be turned over to an outside collections agency and you will be responsible for any and all additional fees incurred to collect the debt.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days. If the product selected is on back-order, you will receive notification and have the choice to remain on back-order, substitute the item for another item or cancel the order.
All orders go through an address verification process in order to protect our customers and the company against fraud. JTECH reserves the right to cancel any orders that are suspected of being fraudulent.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your JTECH purchase. You may return or exchange most merchandise for a refund within 30-Days from date of purchase. All radio earpieces and headsets are non-returnable and non-refundable items due to sanitary reasons.
Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the initial order's shipping and handling costs. The refund amount will be the original purchase amount less the restocking and shipping costs. JTECH does not reimburse shipping and handling costs incurred to return or exchange products.
Return Process:
- Call 1-800-321-6221 or click RMA Request Form to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
- JTECH will not accept any items for return or exchange unless they are returned in the manufacturer’s undamaged, original packaging. DO NOT affix any labels on the packaging as “original/non-damaged”
- Include a copy of your receipt and a description of why you are returning or exchanging the product.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box
- Ship all returns via a traceable and insured shipping method, ship all returns to:

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. All returns/exchanges missing items or with damage to the original box may be refused or subject to a minimum 25% fee (i.e. missing/damaged UPC codes, missing/damaged original packaging/boxes, missing/damaged manuals, etc.) JTECH is not liable, in any way, for returned packages that were lost or damaged in shipment.
